In an era of countless tips and tricks and articles that have a number followed by a promise that's too good to be true ("10 ways to lose 30 pounds in a week!" ), it's easy to forget that fitness boils down to one thing:

Struggle

Make your training hard.  Yeah, do the ramp-up program and make sure that you know what you're doing, but if you're not struggling through your training session, then you're not going places.   

I see many people not satisfied with the results that they're not getting because of the work that they're not putting in to their  own training program.   

Own your fitness journey. 

Make it a struggle. 

Get into it.
