99 Percent

When it comes to our fitness journey, many of default to the "pretty good" mode.  

When we think back to our week, we ask ourselves how we did.  The answer is usually "pretty good."  

That's being happy with 80 percent, or getting that "C" grade.  

I was a solid C student.  It was good enough to get the job done.  And that's it.

I didn't care about academic achievement because I didn't think it mattered.  And it didn't matter, not to me anyway.

Does your fitness journey matter?  Do these next two months matter?  Are we taking ourselves seriously?  Do you satisfied with "pretty good"?  

Nobody will know the difference in your fitness journey between 85 percent and 100 percent, but you'll know.  And that's the challenge.  

Anybody can do "pretty good" through their journey, but it takes something special to give 100 percent over and over again.  

Try it.  

Ask yourself "Did I give 100 percent?"

If the answer is no, you're not done.  

Everybody has this struggle (I know I do), and nobody will know if you went the extra to go from 99 percent to 100 percent.  

That is, not at first.

That 100 percent mentality will start to seep through everything, and that's when the magic happens.
