You don't have to destroy yourself in the gym to make progress. Consistency beats intensity every time, so don't beat yourself up for being reasonable in your training. Slowly progress from week to week with minimal jumps in performance and you'll be noticing gains in as little as 4 weeks. Meet Emily. She’s approaching one year at #NWF in December. Since joining, she’s made leaps and bounds in her #fitness journey. Sometimes, feeling good is as simple as being able to pick up a bag of dog food with ease. Here’s what she had to say: “Northwest Forge has been a great motivator for my journey to health.
