This program is all about strength training, nutrition, and supporting habits to get you strong, lean, and muscular. Each session is designed to be 1 hour or less. (Training split is flexible depending on your schedule)
What if I don't know what an exercise is?
You are intelligent. A simple google search will show you the exercises.
An email EVERY day?
Yes, every day. Even on rest days, we will send you an email with supporting resources. Whether a motivating quote, recipe, or some simple lifestyle tips, you'll receive something positive and actionable.
What if I have questions?
Respond to the email and we will reply to you within a few hours.
Do I need to buy any special equipment or supplements?
No. We will cover all of that in the email when you begin.

No. The program is built on 6 week cycles, so you will change the basis of what you do every 6 weeks. At the beginning of every 6 weeks I will lay out in detail the goals and supporting habits that you should adopt to get there.
